I would have also liked for the 12 o’clock hour marker to be somewhat different in design from the rest of the hour markers. Having a distinctive-looking 12 o’clock hour marker just overall helps with legibility, but also orientates the design so that it has a proper “up” and “down.” It might have been sufficient for them to simply make the 12 o’clock hour marker a bit wider, or even an applied version of the TAG Heuer logo.
